Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of products provided by Stellars Lab ("we", "us") — including Notipop and Polaris (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Polaris requires authentication via a Google account. Notipop requires a Notion API token. You must comply with the respective terms of those services.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Engage in any activity that could harm, disrupt, or overload our systems or networks
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Infringe the rights of any third party
• Use the Service in any way we determine to be inappropriate

3. Service Availability

We may suspend or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice, including for maintenance, system updates, force majeure events, or third-party service outages. We are not liable for any resulting inconvenience or loss.

4. Fees and Billing

Notipop is free.

Polaris Premium is ¥300/month (tax included), billed via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; Premium features remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not store your card details.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code associated with the Service is owned by Stellars Lab. Data you create within the Service (e.g., your goals and actions in Polaris) remains yours.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including damages caused by AI-generated content, service interruptions, or third-party service failures.

7. Changes to the Service

We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any resulting loss.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over our place of business.
