These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website stellars-lab.com and the products provided by Stellars Lab ("we", "us") (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service covers the following products.

• Tools: SizeKit, FLOW TASK, FLOW YOTEI, FLOW KAKEI, FLOW BASHO, HENSAI, Notipop
• App: Polaris
• Visualizers: ISS 3D, Solar System 3D, Near Stars
• Games: STELLAR ROGUE, PIXEL RUNNER, 2048 STELLAR GRID, CODE BREAKER

1. Eligibility

Most products can be used without an account. Polaris, FLOW TASK and FLOW KAKEI require authentication via a Google account. FLOW YOTEI and FLOW BASHO can be used without signing in. Notipop requires a Notion API token. You must comply with the respective terms of those services.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Engage in any activity that could harm, disrupt, or overload our systems or networks
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Infringe the rights of any third party
• Use the Service in any way we determine to be inappropriate

3. Service Availability

We may suspend or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice, including for maintenance, system updates, force majeure events, or third-party service outages. We are not liable for any resulting inconvenience or loss.

4. Fees and Billing

Apart from Polaris Premium, the Service is free.

Polaris Premium is ¥300/month (tax included), billed via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; Premium features remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not store your card details.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code associated with the Service is owned by Stellars Lab. Data you create within the Service (e.g., your goals and actions in Polaris) remains yours.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including damages caused by AI-generated content, service interruptions, or third-party service failures.

Estimates and predictions shown by the Service - including repayment simulations, satellite pass predictions and previews of how images will be compressed - are provided for reference only and may differ from actual contract terms, observation conditions or the processing performed by other services. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of them.

We are not responsible for the content of advertisements shown on this website, nor for any dealings or disputes between you and an advertiser.

7. Changes to the Service

We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any resulting loss.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over our place of business.
