Privacy Policy

Stellars Lab ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Notipop and Polaris products. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with those products.

1. Information We Collect

Notipop (Chrome Extension)

• Text you manually select in your browser, along with the page title and URL — only when you choose to save a note
• Your Notion API access token, entered in the extension's settings and stored in your browser's local storage
• The Notion database ID you configure as your save destination

Polaris (Web App)

• Google account information obtained via Google Sign-In (display name, email address, UID)
• Goals, mid-term objectives, and actions you enter in the app
• App preferences (theme, language, AI tone)
• Payment information processed via Stripe — we never store card details directly

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide core product functionality (saving notes to Notion, displaying your goal roadmap, etc.)
• To generate AI-powered goal roadmaps and monthly review reports (Polaris only)
• To process payments and manage Premium subscriptions (Polaris only)
• To improve our products and diagnose issues

3. Sharing With Third Parties

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except:

• When you have given explicit consent
• When required by law

Our products rely on the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policy:

• Notion API — Notion Privacy Policy
• Firebase / Google Cloud (Polaris) — Google Privacy Policy
• Anthropic Claude API (Polaris) — Anthropic Privacy Policy (your data is not used to train AI models)
• Stripe (Polaris) — Stripe Privacy Policy

4. Data Storage

Notipop: Your Notion access token and database ID are stored only in your browser's local storage. Nothing is sent to or stored on our servers.

Polaris: Your goals and actions are stored in Google Firestore (US data centers).

5. Cookies and Tracking

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking tools. Polaris uses cookies solely for session management via Firebase Authentication.

6. Deleting Your Data

Notipop: Uninstalling the extension removes all locally stored data.

Polaris: You can delete all your data and your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account.

7. Children's Privacy

Our products are not intended for children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. We will notify you of significant changes within the relevant product.
